This campaign does not have a billboard budget or a party organization behind it. What it does have is a growing group of people willing to introduce the ideas to someone they know. This week, Li-Shin’s volunteer team officially got started.
The first call is for three kinds of help: digital volunteers who can share the website with friends in Zhongzheng and Wanhua; neighborhood partners who can join weekend market and street visits; and event volunteers who can help on site. No experience is required, and the commitment can fit your schedule.
To take part, leave your name and contact details in the volunteer section of the website. The team will get in touch when there is a useful way to help. One important reminder: this campaign does not accept political donations. Any fundraising request made in Li-Shin’s name is fraudulent.
The most valuable resource in a grassroots campaign is not money. It is each person who decides to step forward.
